Introducing Rachel Wolff, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls

Rachel Wolff Headshot 2026

Rachel Wolff joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls as CEO in December 2025. An award-winning nonprofit executive with a Wharton MBA, Rachel has been delighted to put down new roots with her family in such a community-oriented city. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Clubs, Rachel led teams across the US and around the world at World Vision and CARE USA, known for transforming communities by empowering young people. Her expertise spans marketing and public relations, fundraising, operations, child safeguarding, disaster response, and executive leadership at country and multi-country levels. She has implemented large-scale education, health, water & sanitation, and infrastructure projects in some of our world’s most challenging places, including Somalia, Kenya, Bangladesh, Nepal, and most recently, Sierra Leone and Liberia. Known for her high energy and commitment to innovation, Rachel is excited to partner with businesses, nonprofits, civic groups, churches, City Government, and communities across Wichita Falls to develop our city’s most valuable resource—our youth!

Rachel and her husband, Chris, have been married for 28 years and are blessed with four children: Rayna (25), Xavier (23), Lydia (9), and Rohan (7). With her family, Rachel is active in her church and loves to host people in her home. In her spare time, you’ll find Rachel cooking for family and friends, working out with her very athletic older son, or curling up with an inspiring biography.
