The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls has been serving the youth of Wichita Falls since 1929 and the Wichita Falls Boys & Girls Clubs Alumni & Friends Association has been a major supporter of the clubs efforts for over 40 years.
Last year, there were no exceptions regarding the support our organization gave the youth in our community. In addition to the 15 annual college scholarships to current and former club kids, we provided all the food for day campers and resident campers at Camp Graham Ball, partnered with the Corporate Board to renovate the Central Clubhouse gymnasium, provided a financial gift to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank that supplies food for the Kids’ Kafé program, as well as provide a financial gift to support the Boys & Girls Clubs daily operations.
The Alumni & Friends work to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs in its mission to provide strong program services that will strengthen each child’s ability to have a successful and happy life in today’s complex, demanding and competitive world.
We appreciate your past involvement in our efforts and for your monetary support through membership dues and support of special events such as our annual Friends of Youth golf tournament in May, James Lane Legacy Dinner & Auction and the Chamber of Horrors, both taking place in October.
