The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls will hold their 62st Annual Toy Bowl on Saturday, November 17th at the City View High School Veteran’s Stadium.
Admission will be $5.00 for Adults, $3.00 for Students and 5 years and under are free. New toys will also be accepted for admission, one toy per person. All toys collected will be donated to Operation Santa Claus.
OPERATION SANTA CLAUS
Members of the WF Fire Department come together each year to assemble bikes and gather toys for the kids. Last Christmas, over 700 bikes were given to the needy children in our community. Operation Santa Claus spends thousands of dollars on bikes and toys each year for the kids in our area.
With no help from any State or Federal agencies, Operation Santa Claus provides new bicycles and toys to over 1000 children each year, keeping the hope of Santa Claus alive. The members of the Fire Department contribute over 1,000 off-duty hours to this effort.
