The Alumni & Friends Board of Directors recently approved $35,000 to fund upgrades of the Renovation and Preservation of the Central Club Gymnasium.
Recent project upgrades include spray foam insulation, high impact drywall, A/C grills, bleacher window grills, wall and backboard safety pads, screening and coating of the gym floor and bleacher stair flooring treads.
Membership in the alumni & Friends Association is open to alumni and friends of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls.
The Renovation and Preservation project remains on schedule with forecasted completion in late May or early June this year.
